The Catch Fitness 20 Week Body & Lifestyle Competition
Next Comp starts 18 April - The February earthquake has caused a restart of the February competition and there will only be ONE 20 Weeks series in 2011. Make sure you are a part of it, and use the series to get back on track after the upheaval of the last 6 months. Channel your energy into become stronger, fitter and more energised as this will help you to cope with the stress and strains of rebuilding homes, businesses and a sense of normality. As a current entrant says "there's so much going on right now that we can't control, this is something we can control".
Here's what some of my clients in the current 20 Weeks have to say about it:
"The challenge has made me more focused on reaching my goals. I have noticed I fit into clothes I haven't worn since before having my kids. The sessions with Tracey my PT have been the most beneficial thing from the whole process. Would definitely recommend it" -
Jody (female, 36, finalist in Best Overall Body Shape Change, Series 6)
"The difference between being active and being challenged is just 20 weeks. It has done more than address my health and fitness, it has also altered me mentally (in a good way)"
Chris (male, 37 - and winner of Best Increase in Strength, Series 6)
20 Weeks is a body and lifestyle competition where you can also be in to win a share of over $5000 of prizes, all while achieving your health and fitness goals.
Whether it's losing weight, putting on muscle, running a marathon or being able to touch your toes we've got the category for you.
If the whole idea of winning stuff for getting to where you want be sounds super appealing then get in touch - the next 20 Weeks starts 7 February so you can kick start that New Year's resolution! Register your interest now!
Apart from the entry fee, what will it cost?
We can tailor a package to fit your budget, but here are a few ideas of what we can do. Remember, the money you invest in your health can save you money in other areas - for example one of my clients no longer has to spend thousands of dollars on a new bed simply because she has improved her core strength and no longer suffers from lower back pain!

More Competition details:
You can choose two categories from a wide range of options that will fit your personal health and fitness goals. You then see us weekly (for best results) or fortnightly for the duration of the Competition. We will also do physical and fitness assessments during weeks 1, 10 and 20, send you weekly emails, have extra group activities, mini challenges and help you stay on track with your nutrition and exercise 'homework'.
Note - although the requirement for the 20 Weeks Comp is that you see a trainer once every 4 weeks, now I have two series under my belt I have seen that those who really achieve the results they want are the ones that I see on a weekly basis. Why? Mainly because I can help you get back on track quickly if the wheels start falling off in your 'real life'. The weekly sessions don't have to be one-on-one (although at least initially it is recommended) - but I'll need to see you solo at least once a fortnightly as well as in our group sessions once a week. I'm happy to schedule additional group sessions if demand is there.
Of course at the end of the 20 weeks we celebrate your success at the 'Champagne & Diamonds Awards Night' - where you get to dress up to the 9s in your new clobber (because your old stuff doesn't fit any more) and have bubbles, nibbles, meet other competitors, and naturally many prizes are given out.

As a past winner of the Best Overall Female, and having been lucky enough to attend many awards nights and hear the inspirational stories of the winners I cannot recommend this Competition highly enough.
And no, you DON'T have to get on stage in a pair of speedos or a bikini! But by the end of 20 weeks the idea may not scare you quite as much....
