Drop and Give Me 20 on Saturday mornings: By popular demand, our 20 minute lunchtime workout has been extended to a 30-35 minute session at North Hagley Park- if you'd like to know more please contact us for days and times. Sessions will cater for all fitness levels, and prices start from just $7.50.
Drop and Give Me 20 Minutes is an intense, 20 minute lunchtime workout at South Hagley Park- if you'd like to know more please contact us for days and times. Sessions will cater for all fitness levels, and prices start from just $7.50.
Drop and Give Me 20 Tracks will be hitting the Port Hills on the first Sunday morning of the month at 9am. Free for our 20 Week entrants, a gold coin donation for casual attendees with money going to Guide Dog Services..
